I am looking for some feedback on what size would be the most popular among SRT8 owners. If you guys want to think it over I will take direction from the people that own the cars. If I can sell enough of these I can register as a new owner someday.

Seems you've covered off most sections of the forum with your intro. so you'll probably get a fair degree of feedback.
I tend to like things in a more industrial, mono-cromatic style on smaller scale but hang in there and maybe you'll soon know what size to start bumping out.

I got someone to measure the SRT8 emblems at 4 5/8 x 13/16. Looking at making the smaller emblem about 5 3/8 long. I have a sheet with different sizes on it that I could fax out for people to try and see what looks best. Let me know. Dave 276-666-1934

I'm in on the smaller badge as well for the front fender to replace "hemi" badge. I think 5.5 - 6" inches is the best size.
