TSB's are not Recalls. "Preventive" service repairs will normally not be performed under warranty if a vehicle is not exhibiting the particular symptom or problem.

For vehicles that are out of warranty, any TSB related work that is performed is usually charged at the normal dealer service rate.

More than likely they were not if you are the first buyer.... Dealers typically will not perform the TSB's until a customer complains about the issue... some dealers do, but most do not...

Take it to your local service guy and have them perform the TSB's... You can check the rotors though. If they are slotted, then no need to worry about it. hehe

Thanks Ron, I am taking my car into the dealer Fri to get the oil changed and they never changed the pads after the slotted rotor change out. squeeking bad so They are going to change the pads now. The list of LX Service Bulletins as posted on this thread originated from and are maintained on 300CForums.com. The files are only hosted on my WKJeeps.com web site. My Jeep sites does not feature any LX bulletins at all, only Grand Cherokee and Commander bulletins. But all sorts of bulletins are hosted on the server, for all kinds of Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep models.

I am not sure if there has been a TSB issued yet, but there has been a RRT (RTT) sent out to ALL dealers.

Tell the jackazzes to put your Vin # in the RRT system. There they will see if yours is on the list or not.
