IMO, Im still not sure the K&N makes more power than a gutted stock airbox with a K&N panel filter.

Get the Mopar one, I dont see you as having it as an option but you should consider it.

there is a very noticlbe difference with the dub air....I LOVE IT..the dyno sheets they post on the dub air web site seem to me to be honest and accurate- will run with a k/n set up any day...

i will say that you should consider your climate before choosing one..the gsm set up looks slick, but I believe it would produce the least of all other options if running in the dessert like AZ, Having your intake load up with asphalt radiant heat hot enough to fry eggs on, combined with bleeding header heat
on a typical 118 degree August day in AZ, does not make sense to me.
Even cheese ball hennessey claims only 5hp gain out of it...does gsm have a dyno for it..?....didn't think so....it's also the most expensive option..(cool factor premium)

Go with the DUB. It'll have the nicest sound (large filter plus the metal tube as opposed to the plastic tube K&N uses), and you'll see about a 22rwhp gain and this has been proven over and over again by members dyno sheets.

I think any of those would be a good option. I personally bought the AIRAID Intake System.

What is the best "hot weather" system? and will people like us in CA feel a bigger difference than you cool climate guys?

Sorry but i have to throw the AFE Stage 2 at ya. This is the biggest CAI on the market and prob the loudest. Absolutely roars from under the hood. Videos tomorrowsI live in So-Cal where it's hot. It was my cherry breaker mod!....after EXTENSIVE RESEARCH

I'm down with the K&N. Don't the metal tubed ones transfer the heat into the intake?:puke:

Good luck on your decision... I have been pulling my hair out with this one. I am leaning towards the GSM. Good points: They know Hemis, looks nice, great sound, excellent down tube design and sensor is placed further away from heat... but, there's always a but, I have been told with the sensor reading cooler air, the fuel air mix may be slightly leaner, thus possibly making some extra "non-needed" gunk build-up inside? Possible? Probably not, but I am looking at every little detail. Not to mention, I was at the dealer yesterday getting my slotted breaks ordered for the TSB, and they ruined my day reminding me that ANY mod will void my extended warranty... whatever!

Acutally I'll make you a good deal on the MOPAR 6.1 that was on for about 4,000 Miles. I have gone to the GSM.
I did 393 with the MOPAR, Magnaflow cats, and catback on an outside dyno with a outside temp of 91. PM me if your interested.
