Thanks for jumping in here Nick. But I sell lots of SRT's to Cali as well. As you should very well know, all SRT's are 50 state emissions vehicles.

And I notice you arent a supporting vendor so do me a favor and stay out of my thread until you are.

I personally am a supporting vendor on four different SRT forums and have a reputation that speaks for itself.

WAY TO GO DON!!!

I will vouch for this dealership. I have bought my last 3 cars from them (including my SRT Magnum). These are stand-up guys and if Don says this is what they are doing then this is what is going to be done. The new "muscle market" needs more dealers to work with customers like this to keep the interests high. Great job in keeping customers satisfied Champion!!!

wow awesome deal. while many will try to mark up these cars its good to see someone helping out those that want to get into one for a fair deal.

I'm not really surprised by this. Everyone is having trouble selling cars in this economy. You have to offer deals if you want to move cars, it has nothing to do with being honest or not greedy. Bottom line, today's economy won't support over MSRP asking prices. That being said, as soon as they go for employee price, I'm first in line :D

Don --

If my local dealer cannot match your price, I'll be calling you Wednesday morning. Chicago to Minneapolis would be a nice drive.

I am located near Chicago. Shipping to Texas I could do for around $600.

Wow. Share the wealth man. Under the guidelines a supporting vendor has the right to setup group buys. I am not setting up group buys but am offering information. If people decide they want to save a few bucks on shipping then why not. We Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Mopar guys need to work together. We West Business Center stores do it, so why can't you?

West business center stores do? Ask any one of the twenty or so customers that have bought from me an had vehicles drop shipped to Cali how friendly the dealers there have been. I have personally shown up at four of those dealers to do the delivery myself and have been treated with the respect you would show a person who just ran over your dog.

If you claim to not be one of those dealers then feel free to pm me your info and you can handle all my courtesy deliveries in so-cal.

As for the Vendor rules....I will let you take that up with the mods. Regardless of whether or not you need to be a paid vendor to advertise(which really shouldnt be a question in anyones eyes) you are still hijacking my thread and I would appreciate it if you stopped.

By all means, create you own thread and see if the mods allow you to advertise without supporting the site......

Well I am sorry you have had that experience. Good luck in your future dealings with the West Coast Stores.

Sorry Dan, I appreciate your offer but we do not do courtesy deliveries for other stores. It just gets complicated and the only way we can ensure the best customer service is to be in contact with the customer up front.

Fair enough. I don't feel as though I have hijacked your thread, only added to it as I could have saved people a good amount of shipping charges (which will only go up with gas prices) if they are local. I only offered my deal to local people and did not "step on your toes" so to speak. I do respect your space and will retract from this thread as you ask. No biggy.

By all means, create you own thread and see if the mods allow you to advertise without supporting the site......
I will do just that. Thanks for the idea.

Don is the real deal. I got to meet him as he was dropping off Foley's Jeep in San Antonio.

I am all for competition, but I do agree it is rude to jump into this thread and cock block...
